This is Soulbound WoW's own little blacklist page. This page will be populated with the names of those douche bags that think they can chargeback a DONATION and get away with it. If you are from another server, I suggest you blacklist the people listed on this page.
The only way to get removed from this page is to PAY THE PAYPAL FEES THAT OCCUR WHEN YOU CHARGEBACK. Every time we "lose" a donation chargeback, we are charged $10 USD. Make this payable through PayPal as a PAYMENT and not a DONATION.
