Donation Terms
We thank-you for considering to donate to Soulbound-WoW. However, before we can take you to the rewards for donating, we're going to need you to accept the following Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you MUST decline. Acceptance of the terms is considered to be legally binding.
A Donation is:
- contribution: a voluntary gift (as of money or service or ideas) made to some worthwhile cause
- contribution: act of giving in common with others for a common purpose especially to a charity
- contribution: a gift or contribution to a charity or public institution without conditions and/or restrictions. The donation is voluntary and there is no direct benefit to the donor in return
On Soulbound-WoW, rewards are offered in response to a donation. Donation to Soulbound-WoW does NOT guarantee a reward. A donation to Soulbound-WoW is a way to say "Thank-you" to the server by helping to pay for a great server that would otherwise be unfunded.
If any unfavorable action were to occur, all rights to a reward are forfeited. The staff has the right to change any donation reward or remove any donation reward from any account at any time, without notice.
If a reward is to be granted (99.999% of all cases), an email should be received within five (5) minutes. If an email has not been sent to your PayPal email address within five (5) minutes, please submit a ticket in-game and we will deal with the issue as soon as possible.
Donations rewards MAY be reset. If this occurs, all valid donation rewards will be removed from your characters and the funds credited to your account. You will have to redeem your rewards again. Donation rewards normally will NOT be reset for any reason, with exception to system upgrades.
Donation exchanges will NEVER be issued unless a donation reward went missing.
If EVER the server is unable to fund it's self, a 30 day expire timer will be applied to all existing donations. This is expected to never happen.
Sharing of accounts voids restoration of donation rewards.
